摘　　要：目的:分析丙戊酸钠不良反应发生的特点与分布规律。方法:回顾性分析2017年6月-2020年6月广州医科大学附属第二医院接受丙戊酸钠治疗并发生药物不良反应患者(60例)的临床资料,分析患者的药物不良反应发生特点,包括不良反应分级、基本情况、给药方式、联合情况、累及的系统与转归情况。结果:本次纳入的60例丙戊酸钠药物不良反应病例中包含一般不良反应57例(95.00%),女31例(51.67%),年龄以11~18岁者(36.67%)为多,静脉给药44例(73.33%),联合用药48例(80.00%),累及神经系统症状26例(43.33%)。56例患者(93.33%)对症处理后不良反应全部消失。结论:丙戊酸钠所致药物不良反应无明显的性别与年龄差异,给药途径主要为静脉给药,药物不良反应可累及多系统,联合应用丙戊酸钠时发生不良反应较多,故用药过程中需重视用药监测,患者、医师、药师应多沟通,避免药物不良反应的发生,提高临床用药的安全性。Objective:To analyze the occurrence characteristics and distribution law of sodium valproate adverse reaction.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients who received sodium valproate treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and developed adverse drug reaction from June 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions of patients were analyzed,including the grade of adverse reactions,general conditions,mode of administration,combinations,systems involved and outcomes.Results:Among the included 60 cases of adverse drug reactions of sodium valproate,57 cases(95.00%)had general adverse reactions,31 cases(51.67%)were female,accounting for a predominant proportion,the majority of them aged 11 to 18 years(36.67%),44 cases(73.33%)were given intravenously,48 cases(80.00%)were given combined drugs,and 26 cases(43.33%)were involved in nervous system symptoms.The adverse reactions in 56 patients(93.33%)disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Sodium valproate-caused adverse drug reactions show no obvious gender and age difference,the route of administration is intravenous route,adverse drug reactions can involve several system,the combined application of sodium valproate induces more adverse reactions,so the medication monitoring should be concerned in the medication process,the patients,doctors and pharmacists should conduct more communications to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and improve the safety of clinical drug use.
