四妙丸汤剂联合氦氖激光照射治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析四妙丸汤剂联合氦氖激光照射治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年3月赣州市南康区胡宏生中医综合诊所收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组给予氦氖激光照射联合四妙丸汤剂治疗,对照组给予常规西医治疗,比较两组疼痛程度、实验室指标及临床疗效。结果:治疗后3、7 d,观察组数字疼痛评分法评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血尿酸、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、白介素-1β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以急性痛风性关节炎患者氦氖激光局部照射联合四妙丸汤剂治疗效果显著,可降低患者尿酸水平,抑制机体炎性反应,减轻关节疼痛程度,提高治疗总有效率。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Simiao Pill Decoction combined with helium-neon laser irradiation in treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute gouty arthritis who were admitted to Hu Hong-sheng Traditional Chinese Medicine General Clinic of Nankang District of Ganzhou City from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with helium-neon laser irradiation+Simiao Pill decoction and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The pain level,laboratory indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The numeric pain rating scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 7 days after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and interleukin-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Helium-neon laser local irradiation combined with Simiao Pill Decoction for patients with acute gouty arthritis has a significant therapeutic effect,it can reduce the patient's uric acid level,inhibit the body's inflammatory response,reduce the degree of joint pain,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
