摘 要:目的:分析肿瘤内科临床实习教学过程中应用团队导向学习(TBL)教学模式的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院肿瘤内科的临床实习生40名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,各20名。对照组以常规模式进行临床实习教学;研究组以TBL模式进行临床实习教学。对比两组学生实习教学效果、教学模式满意度、教学干预前后各项考核评分、临床工作差错性事件和投诉事件发生率。结果:研究组及格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学模式满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组核心能力、理论知识、操作技能、病例分析、病历书写评分均提高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床工作差错性事件和投诉事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤内科临床实习教学过程中应用TBL教学模式,能够大幅度提升学生各项考核成绩,减少临床工作差错性事件的发生,降低投诉率,使教学效果及实习生满意度得到同步提高。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying team-based learning(TBL)teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of oncology department.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2021,40 interns were selected from the Department of Oncology,The Affiliated Huaian No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and research group according to random digital number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group conducted clinical practice teaching in a conventional mode;the research group conducted clinical practice teaching in TBL mode.The effect of practice teaching,satisfaction with teaching mode,assessment scores before and after teaching intervention,and the incidence of clinical work error events and complaint events were compared between the two groups.Results:The pass rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the teaching mode in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of core ability,theoretical knowledge,operational skills,case analysis and medical record writing were increased in both groups,and the research group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical work error events and complaint events in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TBL teaching mode in the clinical practice teaching of oncology department can significantly improve the assessment results,reduce the occurrence of clinical work error events,reduce the complaint rate,and synchronously improve the teaching effect and intern satisfaction.
