自制微型可携带全自动负压引流器在手部开放性软组织损伤创面修复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自制微型可携带全自动负压引流器在手部开放性软组织损伤创面修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年5月东莞光华医院收治的手部开放性软组织损伤患者60例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用中心负压引流器治疗,观察组采用自制微型可携带全自动负压引流器治疗。比较两组患者伤口愈合情况、创面愈合时间、创面换药次数、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果:观察组伤口愈合总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、创面换药次数、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制微型可携带全自动负压引流器可有效促进手部开放性软组织损伤患者的创面修复,缩短创面愈合时间、住院时间,减少创面换药次数及并发症的发生。Objective:To analyze the application effect of self-made miniature portable automatic negative pressure drainage device in the repair of open soft tissue injury wounds of the hand.Methods:A total of 60 patients with open soft tissue injuries of the hand who were diagnosed and treated in Dongguan Guanghua Hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with central negative pressure drainage device and the observation group was treated with self-made miniature portable automatic negative pressure drainage device.The wound healing,number of wound dressing changes,wound dressing times,hospital stay,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time,number of wound dressing changes and hospital stay time in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made miniature portable automatic negative pressure drainage device can effectively promote the wound repair of patients with open hand soft tissue injury,shorten the wound healing time and hospital stay,reduce the number of wound dressing changes and the occurrence of complications.
