摘　　要：目的:分析针对性的风险管理在血液透析室中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年7月东台市人民医院血液透析室进行血液透析患者118例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各59例。观察组针对护理风险因素实施风险管理对策,对照组未给予风险管理。比较两组患者护理质量评分与风险事件发生情况。结果:观察组护理操作规范性、评估病情能力、沟通能力、无菌操作意识、风险防范意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺针和管路连接不紧密、管路分离错误、上机后未调节温度、透析机连接错误、透析机参数设置错误事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性的风险管理应用于血液透析室中,可显著降低风险事件发生率,提升护理质量,效果良好。Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted risk management in hemodialysis room.Methods:A total of 118 hemodialysis patients in hemodialysis room of Dongtai People's Hospital from March 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The observation group implemented risk management measures for nursing risk factors,while the control group did not implement risk management.The nursing quality score and the occurrence of risk events were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing operation standardization,ability to assess the condition,communication ability,aseptic operation awareness and risk prevention awareness scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of events such as loose connection between puncture needle and pipe,incorrect pipe separation,failure to adjust temperature after machine operation,incorrect connection of dialysis machine and incorrect setting of dialysis machine parameters in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted risk management in the hemodialysis room can significantly reduce the incidence of risk events,improve the quality of nursing,and achieve good results.
