摘 要:为有效防控新入侵我国的重大农业害虫草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda,采用浸叶法测定球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana菌株Bb1237、Bb201017、Bb20091317及金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae菌株Ma189和莱氏绿僵菌M.rileyi菌株MrCDTLJ1对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的致病力,筛选对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫有较强致病力的菌株,并测定该菌株对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的致病力和对其天敌的致死率。结果显示,球孢白僵菌Bb20091317和莱氏绿僵菌MrCDTLJ1对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的累计校正死亡率显著高于其他菌株,分别为95.59%和97.06%,致死中时LT50分别为3.42 d和5.72 d,LC_(50)分别为7.05×10^(6)个/mL和2.25×10^(5)个/mL。2种菌在高浓度1×10^(8)个/mL下对草地贪夜蛾天敌夜蛾黑卵蜂Telenomus remus和玉米螟赤眼蜂Trichogramma ostriniae成蜂的致死率也仅介于15%~20%之间。表明球孢白僵菌Bb20091317和莱氏绿僵菌MrCDTLJ1不仅对草地贪夜蛾有高致病力,同时与夜蛾黑卵蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂有较好的相容性。In order to effectively control the fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda, an important agricultural pest that has recently invaded China, the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana strains Bb1237,Bb201017, Bb20091317, Metarhizium anisopliae strain Ma189 and M. rileyi strain MrCDTLJ1 against the 3rd instar larvae of S. frugiperda were determined by the leaf impregnation method. The pathogenicity of highly pathogenic strains to the 3rd instar larvae of fall armyworm and the mortality of its natural enemies were determined. The results showed that the corrected accumulative mortalities of S. frugiperda 3rd instar larvae caused by B. bassiana Bb20091317 and M. rileyi MrCDTLJ1 were 95.59% and97.06%, respectively, significantly higher than those caused by other strains. The median lethal time(LT) values were 3.42 d, 5.72 d and the lethal concentration(LC_(50)) values were 7.05×10^(6) conidia/mL and 2.25×10^(5) conidia/mL, respectively. The mortalities of the natural enemies of Telenomus remus and Trichogramma ostriniae caused by B. bassiana Bb20091317 and M. rileyi MrCDTLJ1 were 15%-20%at the concentration of 1×10^(8) conidia/mL. The results suggested that B. bassiana Bb20091317 and M. rileyi MrCDTLJ1 were highly pathogenic to S. frugiperda and compatible with T. remus and T. ostriniae.
