摘  要:为明确安徽省不同生态区草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda田间种群对不同转Bt玉米的敏感性,于2020—2021年采用饲料药膜法比较不同地理种群对Bt蛋白Cry1Ab和Cry1F的敏感性。结果显示,2020年,Cry1F蛋白对草地贪夜蛾各地理种群的活性普遍好于Cry1Ab蛋白,Cry1Ab蛋白对无为、埇桥、太和及长丰种群的LC_(50)分别为537.60、484.84、474.18和93.37 ng/cm^(2),而Cry1F蛋白对这4个种群的LC_(50)分别为274.74、48.52、44.44和10.64 ng/cm^(2),均低于Cry1Ab蛋白;Cry1F蛋白仅对宿松种群的LC_(50)(61.81 ng/cm^(2))略高于Cry1Ab蛋白(LC_(50)为54.97 ng/cm^(2))。2021年,Cry1Ab蛋白对无为、太和及长丰种群的LC_(50)分别为235.62、107.76和26.33 ng/cm^(2),与2020年相比分别下降了56.17%、77.27%和71.80%;而Cry1F蛋白对这3个种群的LC_(50)分别为236.84、76.88和24.85 ng/cm^(2),与2020年相比,Cry1F蛋白对无为种群的LC_(50)下降了13.79%;而对太和及长丰种群的LC_(50)分别上升了73.00%和133.55%。表明Cry1Ab和Cry1F蛋白对草地贪夜蛾各地理种群均具有一定活性,可用于草地贪夜蛾的防治。In order to clarify the susceptibility of fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda in different planting areas of Anhui Province to Bt proteins,the artificial diet surface overlay method was used to compare the susceptibility of different geographic populations of S.frugiperda to Bt proteins,Cry1Ab and Cry1F in 2020—2021.The results showed that Cry1F had better insecticidal activity than Cry1Ab against most geographical populations in 2020.The LC_(50) values of Cry1Ab protein to Wuwei,Yongqiao,Taihe and Changfeng populations were 537.60,484.84,474.18,and 93.37 ng/cm^(2),respectively,while the LC_(50) values of Cry1F to these populations were 274.74,48.52,44.44,and 10.64 ng/cm^(2),respectively.The LC_(50) value of Cry1F to Susong population was 61.81 ng/cm^(2),which was slightly higher than that of Cry1Ab(54.97 ng/cm^(2)).In 2021,the LC_(50) values of Cry1Ab protein to Wuwei,Taihe and Changfeng populations were 235.62,107.76 and 26.33 ng/cm^(2),decreased by 56.17%,77.27%and 71.80%compared with 2020,respectively.In 2021,the LC_(50) values of Cry1F to the three populations,were 236.84,76.88 and 24.85 ng/cm^(2),respectively.Compared with the results of 2020,the LC_(50) value of Cry1F to Wuwei population decreased by 13.79%;the LC_(50) values of Taihe and Changfeng populations increased by 73.00%and 133.55%,respectively.This study revealed that Bt proteins,Cry1Ab and Cry1F had activities against various geographic populations of S.frugiperda and could be used for the control of S.frugiperda.
