摘　　要：原来将液氯装置产生的尾氯用于生产次氯酸钠,但产品价格低于生产成本。经过优化工艺路线,将尾氯并人原氯系统,去生成氯化氢气体。改造后,实现了资源及能源的综合利用,降低了企业的运行成本,提升了企业的安全等级,降低了安全风险。The tail chlorine from the liquid chlorine plant was originally used to produce sodium hypochlorite of which the product price was lower than the production cost.After optimizing the process route,the tail chlorine is incorporated into the original chlorine system to generate hydrogen chloride gas.After the transformation,the comprehensive utilization of resources and energy is realized,the operation cost of the enterprise is reduced,the safety level of the enterprise is improved,and the safety risk is reduced.
