摘 要:简述了聚硫密封剂良好的粘接性能、力学性能、耐介质、耐低温及耐热老化等特性。重点阐述了机械互锁理论、静电吸附理论、扩散理论、化学反应理论、酸碱理论和弱边界层理论等粘接理论,同时介绍了粘接热力学以及检测手段在研究粘接行为方面的应用。可以看出,粘接行为是一个复杂的物理和化学现象,需要从不同方面相互配合进行研究分析。The good bonding properties,mechanical properties,medium resistance,low temperature resistance and heat aging resistance of polysulfide sealant were briefly described. The bonding theories,such as mechanical interlocking theory,electrostatic adsorption theory,diffusion theory,chemical reaction theory,acidbase theory and weak boundary layer theory were mainly described. The application of bonding thermodynamics and detection methods in the study of bonding behavior was also introduced. It could be seen that bonding behavior was a complex physical and chemical phenomenon,which needed to be studied and analyzed from different aspects in cooperation with each other.
