摘　　要：化工发展与人类进步课程是郑州大学化学工程与工艺专业开设的一门基础课,旨在提升大学新生的专业认同感及学习兴趣。该课程内容中包含的大量思想政治教育元素,为践行立德树人的教学任务提供了土壤。文章以化工发展与人类进步课程为例,介绍了课程思政背景下教学团队在教学内容、教学模式、教学考核三个方面进行的改革,以期形成教与学的良性互动,实现全方位育人的目标。Chemical engineering development and human progress is a basic course of the chemical engineering and technology specialty in Zhengzhou University, which aims to strengthen professional identity and stimulate the interest in learning of college freshmen. A large number of ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum provide soil for practicing the fundamental task of morality education. Taking the curriculum of chemical engineering development and human progress as an example, the articles introduces the reform in curriculum content, teaching mode and teaching assessment. The purpose is to form benign interaction between teaching and learning and to achieve the goal of all-round education.
