摘  要:以德国海德堡高速印刷机送纸机构为研究对象,给出其完全尺寸综合问题的准确描述。增加、引入衡量该机构传动性能新的评价指标,构建起系统完备的双性能评价指标体系。充分挖掘和揭示出送纸机构重要的受力汇交特征,据此引入三力汇交点I“软区间套”的新概念及其多样性,成功为新传动性能评价指标下的求解提供了理论依据。探究不同尺寸参数下送纸机构的规律性特征,提出“优解/劣解子区间”、“优解/劣解子区间套”“优解/劣解子区域套”等新概念,揭示出“脊线[α_(1)]^(*)=(α_(1max))_(min)”和“脊点C^(**)”的存在性及重要意义,给出送纸机构完全尺寸综合的求解原理、求解步骤和求解方法,圆满解决了高速印刷机送纸机构的完全尺寸综合问题。The German Heidelberg high-speed printing press feeding mechanism is used as the object of this study to give an accurate description of its full-size synthesis task.New evaluation indices are introduced to measure the transmission performance of the mechanism and build up a systematic dual performance evaluation index system.The important force convergence characteristics of the paper feeding mechanism is revealed.Accordingly,the new concept of"soft interval set"at the three-force intersection point I and its diversity are introduced,which successfully provides a theoretical basis for the solution under the new transmission performance evaluation index.The regular characteristics of the paper feeding mechanism with different size parameters are explored.New concepts such as"superior/inferior solution subinterval","superior/inferior solution subinterval set"and"superior/inferior solution subregion set"are proposed,and the existence and importance of"ridge[α_(1)]*=(α_(1max))_(min)"and"ridge point C^(**)"is revealed.The solving principle,solving steps,and solving method of the full-size synthesis of the feeding mechanism are given,and the full-size synthesis task of the feeding mechanism of the high-speed printing machine is successfully solved.
