摘  要:提出了一种多维旋转超声复合电解展成加工方法,设计构建轴向、径向旋转超声复合电解展成加工系统,根据旋转超声、机械和电解的相互作用关系,进行其加工机理分析研究;优化选择各加工参数(主轴转速几、超声振幅A、频率f、电解电压U及电导率等),通过试验验证该加工系统稳定可靠,旋转超声复合电解展成加工技术可以有效提高加工效率和精度。加入3μm~5μm径向超声振动,对多种材料进行旋转超声复合电解平面和切割槽加工试验,验证二维超声复合电解展成加工的技术优势。A multi-dimensional rotating ultrasonic composite electrochemical generating machining method is proposed.The axial and radial rotating ultrasonic composite electrochemical generative machining system is designed and constructed.The machining mechanism is analyzed and studied according to the interaction between rotating ultrasonic,machinery and electrolysis.The processing parameters(spindle speed n、ultrasonic amplitude A frequency felectrolytic voltage U and conductivity o)are optimized.Through experiments,it is verified that the machining system is stable and reliable,and the rotating ultrasonic composite electrochemical generative machining technology can effectively improve the machining efficiency and accuracy.By adding 3μm-5μm radial ultrasonic vibration,the machining tests of rotating ultrasonic composite electrolytic plane and cutting groove were carried out on a variety of materials,which verified the technical advantages of two-dimensional ultrasonic composite electrolytic generative machining.
