摘 要:针对高立式芦苇沙障喂料需求,研究设计了一种高立式芦苇沙障推送喂入装置,对推送部件的主体结构和对辊式喂入部件的结构参数进行设计,分析了对辊式芦苇秸秆喂入机理,并试制了高立式芦苇沙障推送喂入装置试验台进行对辊式喂入部件的性能试验,以对辊转速、对辊直径为自变量,芦苇喂入率与芦苇输送到挡板占比为因变量,通过响应曲面进行分析得到最优解:对辊直径49.6mm,对辊转速1800r/min。由验证试验结果可知,芦苇喂入率为93.8%,比预测值低0.4个百分点;芦苇输送到挡板的占比为92.1%,比预测值低0.9个百分点。参数优化模型合理,满足作业要求。研究结果可为成束秸秆喂入机械的研发提供理论依据。For high vertical reed sandy feed demand,this research designs a high vertical reed sandy push feeding device.Design of the main structure of the push device and the structural parameters of the roller feeding device is carried out.The mechanism of roller reed straw feeding is analyzed,and the high vertical reed sandy push feeding device test bench is built to test the performance of roller feeding parts.With roller rotation speed and roller diameter as independent variables,reed feeding rate and the proportion of reed conveyed to the bafle as dependent variables,the optimal solution is obtained by the response surface:roller diameter of 49.6 mm and roller rotation speed of 1800 r/min.The results show that the feeding rate of reed is 93.8%,0.4 percentage points lower than predicted.The proportion of reed transported to the baffle is 92.1%,which is 0.9 percentage points lower than predicted.The parameter optimization model is reasonable and meets the operation requirements.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of the straw feeding machines.
