摘　　要：介绍了缩口的工艺特点以及各种缩口的工艺形式,解决了异形件缩口时内支撑的设置方案,重点介绍了汽车副消声器后端盖异形件缩口的工艺流程及缩口内支撑的设计方案,对如何实现异形件缩口、降低模具制造成本提出了较好的解决办法。通过对副消后端盖缩口模具结构的设计特点介绍,以及模具工作过程的详细描述,对类似制件的缩口工艺方案制定有一定的借鉴作用。This paper introduces the technological characteristics of necking and various technological forms of necking,and solves the setting scheme of internal support during necking of special-shaped parts.It focuses on the technological process of necking of special-shaped parts of rear end cover of auxiliary muffler of automobile and the design scheme of internal support of necking,and puts forward better solutions for how to realize necking of specialshaped parts and reduce the manufacturing cost of moulds.Through the introduction of the design features of the necking die structure and the detailed description of the working principle of the die,it can be used for reference in the formulation of necking process plan for similar parts.
