摘 要:以DR210高强钢板汽车左右上侧梁外板为研究对象,讨论了制件的结构特点,制订了制件的冲压成形工艺方案,利用Dynaform软件对制件冲压成形过程中的破裂、起皱、回弹等缺陷进行了数值模拟。优化了压边力、摩擦系数、板料尺寸等工艺参数,解决了制件成形时的破裂问题,验证了优化工艺参数的可行性。预测了制件两侧壁的回弹大小,通过反向偏置模面对制件两侧壁进行了回弹补偿,补偿后得到的制件两侧壁的实际回弹满足公差要求,验证了反向偏置模面回弹补偿措施的有效性。Taking the automobile left/right side member upper outer of high-strength steel DR210 as the research object,the structure characteristics were discussed,and the forming process scheme was formulated.The crack,wrinkle and springback in the forming process were simulated by Dynaform,and the blank-holder force,friction coefficient,sheet sizes were optimized.The crack problem during the part forming process was solved,which verified the feasibility of the optimization process parameters.The part two side walls’springback was predicted.The springback compensation for the part two side walls was carried by the reverse offset die surface.The part two side walls’actual springback after compensation met the tolerance requirement,which verified the effectiveness of the compensation measure for the reverse offset die surface.
