摘 要:针对遮热架复杂的外部形状,介绍了复杂不规则件在模具设计中摆放方位的分析方法,通过对塑件内部结构特征的分析可知,塑件四周边凹凸不平的结构成型设计是本模具的设计难点。应用CAE模流分析技术确定了该塑件的浇注系统成型方案与冷却系统设计方案,预测了该塑件成型模具在注射生产时的成型工艺参数及潜在成型缺陷,模具设计中,采用斜导柱与滑块式的抽芯机构成型塑件在3个方向上的侧凹特征;采用T型块与滑块组合式的抽芯机构成型塑件另一方向上带倾斜角的侧凸凹特征;采用树脂闭合开模器与小拉杆的组合形式控制模具的3次顺利定距分型动作;采用推杆机构进行塑件推出,模具结构简单可行,节省了模具制造成本,为类似塑件的模具设计提供借鉴。According to the complex external shape of the heat shield,this paper introduces the analysis method of the orientation of the complex irregular parts in the mold design.Through the analysis of the internal structural characteristics of the product,it is known that the uneven structure molding design around the product is the mold design difficulties.The CAE mold flow analysis technology was used to determine the molding scheme and cooling system design scheme of the product,and predict the molding process parameters and potential molding defects of the product molding mold during injection production.In the design of the mold,the oblique guide post and the slider-type core-pulling machine are used to form the undercut features of the product in three directions;a T-slot and slider combined core-pulling machine is used to form the side convexity feature with an inclined angle in the other direction of the product;a combination of a resin closed mold opener and a small tie rod is used to control the three smooth distance-separating parting actions of the mold;the pusher mechanism is used to launch the product.The structure of the mold produced in this way is simple and feasible,which saves the cost of mold manufacturing and provides reference for the mold design of similar products.
