基于CAXA数控车薄壁类竞赛零件的加工工艺及软爪设计

摘　　要：针对薄壁类竞赛零件的数控加工,分析了其加工要求和加工难点,基于CAXA软件制定了详细的加工工艺,并对薄壁类零件的装夹进行了软爪设计加工,最终加工出符合要求的零件。This paper analyzes the processing requirements and processing difficulties for the CNC machining of thin-walled competition parts,formulates a detailed processing technology based on CAXA software,designs and processes of soft claw for the clamping of thin-walled parts,and the final processing produce a workpiece that meets the requirements.
