摘  要:基于换位纺通过调整纺纱路径来实现毛羽优化的理论,以定量为5.4g/10 m的纯涤纶粗纱为原料,在环锭细纱机上采用左斜/正位/右斜纱路进行纺纱试验,纺制了3组不同纱号的Z捻纱。从工艺制造上研究了改变涤纶短纤维纱路对纱线性能的影响,并在小样细纱机上加装压力棒和纱线稳定器对工艺进行了优化,测试了纱线强力、毛羽和条干。研究结果表明:涤纶短纤纱的换位纺成纱中,换位水平距离为一个锭距时,右斜纱路能很好地优化各长度梯度下毛羽性能,3mm有害毛羽情况整体性能改善良好,1mm毛羽数改善最为明显,22tex的毛羽改善效果最佳,并且纱线线密度越大,毛羽改善越明显,而条干不匀和常发性纱疵依旧是主要问题;引入纱线稳定器和隔距块压力棒后,成纱条干相较于附加装置前均有所改善,但是相较于附加装置前毛羽和强力略微恶化,J Hong 2.5隔距块压力棒更适用于22tex的换位纺成纱。Based on the theory of transposition spinning to realize wool hairiness optimization by adjusting the spinning path, pure polyester yarn with quantitative 5.4 g/10 m is used to conduct the spinning experiment using left/positive/right spinning machine to spin 3 groups of Z twist yarn with different yarn numbers. The influence of changing the polyester short fiber yarn road on the yarn properties is studied from the aspect of process manufacturing, and the process is optimized by adding pressure bar and yarn stabilizer to the sample spinning frame. Through the test of yarn strength, hairiness and evenness, the results show that when the transposition horizontal distance is a spindle pitch, the right skew yarn path can optimize the hairiness performance at each length gradient. The overall performance of 3 mm harmful hairiness is improved, and the hairiness number at 1 mm is improved most obviously. The hairiness improvement effect of 22 tex is the best, and the hairiness improvement is better with the increase of yarn characteristics;Yarn evenness and frequent yarn defects are still the main problems. The process improvement measures of introducing yarn stabilizer and spacer pressure bar eventually can improved the yarn evenness compared with the befor, but the hairiness and strength of the attachment device deteriorate slightly. The added model of J Hong 2.5 spacer pressure bar is more suitable for transposition spinning of 22 tex.
