摘  要:采用共轭静电纺丝方法,将微晶纤维素纳米纤维(MCC)包裹在经等离子体处理的铜丝表面(Cu),形成纳米纤维金属包芯纱(Cu/MCC),其可有效屏蔽环境中的电磁波。微晶纤维素纳米纤维作为环保材料,吸湿透气,绿色无污染;同时具备强度高、比表面积大、尺寸小等纳米特性。研究发现:微晶纤维素纳米纤维紧密包覆在铜丝表面,纤维直径为0.7~1.8μm;包芯纱的断裂强力平均可达198 cN。经电磁屏蔽测试仪测定,包芯纱织成的织物电磁屏蔽性能最高可达48 dB,屏蔽效能较好,可有效预防中、低频电磁辐射。试验证明,Cu/MCC纳米纤维金属包芯纱具有良好的力学性能和电磁屏蔽性能。Microcrystalline cellulose nanofibres(MCC) are wrapped around the surface of plasma-treated copper wires(Cu) employing conjugated electrostatic spinning to form a nano-metal cored yarn(Cu/MCC), allowing it to effectively shield the environment from electromagnetic waves. The microcrystalline cellulose nanofibers as an environmentally friendly material, are moisture-absorbent and breathable, green, and pollution-free materials. It also has nano properties such as high strength, large specific surface area, and small size. It is found that microcrystalline cellulose nanofibers are tightly wrapped around the surface of the copper wire with a fiber diameter of approximately 0.7 μm to 1.8 μm. The breaking strength of the cored yarn is up to 198 cN on average. By electromagnetic shielding tester, core yarn woven fabric has electromagnetic shielding performance of up to 48 dB, which is better than some other reported materials and could effectively prevent medium and low-frequency electromagnetic radiation. It is proved that The Cu/MCC nanofiber metal-cored yarn has good mechanical properties as well as electromagnetic shielding properties.
