摘 要:为了解人体穿着医用防护服状态下服装的热湿机理,介绍了SMS复合、微孔透气薄膜、闪蒸法等医用防护服面料的制成方法及其常见结构设计。概述了医用防护服的内部热湿传递机制,介绍了现有的3种冷却降温服装,包括气体冷却、液体冷却、相变材料冷却及以上3种的混合冷却法,最后展望了冷却服的市场应用前景。In order to explore the thermal and moisture mechanism of the clothing when the human body is wearing medical protective clothing, the manufacturing methods of medical protective clothing fabrics such as SMS composite, microporous breathable film, flashing method and common structural design of medical protective clothing are introduced. The thermal and moisture transfer mechanism inside medical protective clothing is outlined and three existing cooling and cooling clothing, including gas cooling, liquid cooling, phase change material cooling, and hybrid cooling are introduced. Finally, the market application of cooling clothing is prospected.
