摘  要:在“碳中和”大背景下,水泥行业由于能耗高的问题承受巨大压力,而通过替代燃料的利用,可以有效地降低水泥行业对化石燃料的依赖。目前我国的水泥行业废弃物燃料替代率和西方国家的进程存在一定差距,后续发展潜力较大。然而替代燃料在水泥行业依然面临着价格高、质量参差不齐、预燃技术不成熟等挑战。对于以上挑战,笔者提出政府统一废弃物替代燃料标准、优化预燃技术和整合替代燃料供应等解决方案。通过以上措施,笔者坚信我国的水泥工业在利用废弃物作为替代燃料的道路上会走得更远,实现降碳与固废减量的双赢。In the context of“carbon neutrality”,the cement industry is under enormous pressure due to high energy consumption.The use of alternative fuels can effectively reduce the cement industry′s dependence on fossil fuels.At present,there is a certain gap between the waste fuel substitution rate of my country′s cement industry and the process of Western countries,and the follow-up development potential is large.However,alternative fuels in the cement industry still face challenges such as high prices,uneven quality,and immature pre-combustion technology.In response to the above challenges,the author proposes solutions such as the government′s unification of waste-to-fuel alternative fuel standards,optimization of pre-combustion technology,and integration of alternative fuel supply.Through the above measures,the author firmly believes that my country′s cement industry will go further on the road of using waste as an alternative fuel,and achieve a win-win situation of carbon reduction and solid waste reduction.
