贵州省部分中学生网络成瘾倾向与抑郁状况关系调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解贵州省中学生网络使用情况与抑郁状况的关系,为开展心理健康教育和引导青少年合理使用网络提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样抽取贵州省3个市(州)共计24所中学中5912名中学生作为调查对象,采用《学生健康状况及影响因素调查表(中学版)》进行自填式调查,并对中学生网络使用情况与患抑郁症情况进行比较分析。结果贵州省3个市(州)有网络成瘾倾向的中学生有562名,占9.5%;可能患有抑郁症的中学生721名,占12.2%,肯定患抑郁症的中学生1156名,占19.6%;有网络成瘾倾向的学生与患抑郁症学生比较,2组之间的差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=250.41,P<0.001),网络使用情况所占项数与CES-D得分成正相关关系(r=0.323,P<0.001)。结论中学生网络使用现象较为普遍,网络使用中出现的情况与抑郁症有密切关系。Objective To understand the relationship between Internet use and depression among middle school students in Guizhou Province,so as to provide the evidence for mental health education and guiding teenagers to use the Internet reasonably.Methods A total of 5,912 middle school students from 24 middle schools in 3 cities(states)of Guizhou Province were selected by stratified random sampling.The questionnaire of“Students’health status and influencing factors”(middle school version)was used for selfadministered survey.The Internet use of middle school students was compared with depression.Results There were 562 middle school students with Internet addiction tendency in 3 cities(states)in Guizhou Province,accounting for 9.5%;721 middle school students who might have depression syndrome,accounting for 12.2%,and 1,156 middle school students who were definitely suffering from depression syndrome,accounting for 19.6%.There was a significant difference between the students with Internet addiction tendency and the students with depression(χ^(2)=250.41,P<0.001).The number of items used by the network was positively correlated with the CESD score(r=0.323,P<0.001).Conclusion The phenomenon of Internet use among middle school students is relatively common,and the situation in Internet use is closely related to depression.
