摘　　要：母体自身免疫性疾病合并妊娠可导致胎儿房室传导阻滞、心内膜弹力纤维增生症、心肌炎及房室瓣功能异常。母体高血糖可引起一些严重的胎儿心血管结构畸形和功能异常。本共识针对母体自身免疫性疾病和妊娠期高血糖孕妇,从胎儿心脏病发病率及高危人群、产前检查手段及指标、产前监测和随诊策略以及宫内干预及围产期管理策略这几方面提出几点专家意见,旨在为母体自身免疫性疾病和糖尿病胎儿心脏病的围产期管理提供合理建议。Maternal autoimmune diseases with pregnancy can lead to fetal atrioventricular block,endocardial fibroelastosis,myocarditis,and atrioventricular valve dysfunction.Gestational hyperglycemia may contribute to some serious fetal cardiovascular malformations and cardiac dysfunction.This consensus focuses on pregnant women with autoimmune diseases or gestational hyperglycemia and put forward expert opinions from the following aspects:the incidence and high-risk population of fetal heart disease,methods and indicators for prenatal examination,prenatal monitoring and follow-up strategies,intrauterine intervention,and perinatal management,aiming to shed a light on the perinatal management of fetal heart disease in this population.
