摘 要:某电厂锅炉引风机进出口烟道布置不合理,尾部烟道存在阻力偏大的问题,并且引风机出口烟道存在烟气流动盲段,导致烟道低温腐蚀。对该电厂锅炉尾部烟道进行了数值模拟分析,诊断分析了当前烟道布置下内部的烟气流场情况,并进行了针对性改造。尾部烟道流场优化改造后,锅炉尾部烟道阻力大幅降低,消除了烟道盲段,减少了引风机电耗,降低了发电能耗,响应了国家碳减排的号召。The inlet and outlet flue of induced draft fan of boiler in a power plant is not reasonably arranged, with a problem of high resistance in the tail flue, and a blind section of flue gas flow in the outlet flue of the induced draft fan, which leads to low temperature corrosion of the flue. The numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the boiler tail flue of the power plant, and the internal flow field under the current flue arrangement is analyzed and diagnosed, and the corresponding transformation is implemented. After the optimization and transformation of the flow field in the tail flue, the resistance of the tail flue of the boiler is greatly reduced, the blind section of the flue is eliminated, the power consumption of the fan is decreased, and the energy consumption of power generation is lowered, which respond to the national requirements of carbon emission reduction.
