摘 要:柱上断路器广泛应用于配电网中的联络、分段、支线开关。作为线路保护的重要元件,柱上断路器需要依托控制器实现跳闸与跳闸后的多次重合闸,以实现故障点区段的隔离与非故障区段的自动恢复供电。分析了柱上断路器多次重合闸原理,并针对专业校验柱上断路器控制器时序特性设备领域的空缺,提出了一种基于多时间继电器配合的柱上断路器控制器检测方案。现场试验证明:该方案能对柱上断路器控制器重合闸时序特性进行准确校验,有效提高了现场检修工作效率。Column circuit breakers are mostly used as contact, sectional and branch line switches in the power grid. The column circuit breaker needs to rely on the controller to realize the tripping and multiple reclosing after tripping, so as to achieve the isolation of the fault point section and the automatic restoration of power supply in the non-fault section. This paper analyzes the principle of multiple reclosing of column circuit breakers, and proposes a column circuit breaker controller testing scheme for the lack of professional equipment to verify the timing characteristics of column circuit breaker controllers, and proves through field operation that the scheme can accurately test the reclosing timing characteristics of column circuit breaker controllers and effectively improve field work efficiency.
