核电站液压管道流固耦合振动分析

摘  要:以核电站主蒸汽隔离阀气液联动执行机构快关通道中的液压管道为研究对象,进行流固耦合振动分析,研究流固耦合作用对管道振动的影响。分析结果表明,流固耦合作用是引发核电站主蒸汽隔离阀气液联动执行机构液压管道振动的重要原因。通过使用管夹,合理进行管道折弯,可以减小核电站主蒸汽隔离阀气液联动执行机构液压管道的振动,降低卡套式管接头泄漏的风险。Taking the hydraulic pipeline in the quick-closing channel of the gas-liquid linkage actuator of the main steam isolation valve of the nuclear power plant as the research object,the fluid-structure coupled vibration analysis was carried out,and the influence of the fluid-structure coupling effect on the pipeline vibration was studied.The analysis results show that the fluid-structure interaction is an important reason for the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline of the gas-liquid linkage actuator of the main steam isolation valve of the nuclear power plant.By using pipe clamp and bending the pipe reasonably,the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline of the gas-liquid linkage actuator of the main steam isolation valve of the nuclear power plant can be reduced,and the risk of leakage of the ferrule type pipe joint can be reduced.
