摘　　要：某汽车发动机油底壳装配滤清器螺堵前,滤清器螺堵需要人工涂胶水。对此,设计了滤清器螺堵漏涂胶水防错装置,可以提高生产率,降低更换成本,减少人为错涂、漏涂等,遏制不良品流出。介绍了这一装置的工作流程和结构,给出了设计原理。Before assembling the filter screw plug in the oil pan of an automobile engine,the filter screw plug needs to be manually coated with glue.In this regard,the anti-error device for glue-applying for filter screw plug was designed,which can improve productivity,reduce replacement cost,reduce artificial error coating,missed coating,etc.,and curb the outflow of defective product.The work flow and structure of this device were introduced,and the design principle was given.
