摘 要:针对卧式加工中心主轴箱的悬伸结构,应用SolidWorks软件建立卧式加工中心主轴箱三维模型,通过Simulation插件进行有限元静力学分析和模态分析。经过分析得到不同悬伸结构的卧式加工中心主轴箱在实际工况下的变形云图、应力云图和前五阶模态振型。分析结果表明,采用整体式结构的卧式加工中心主轴箱相比采用延长套式结构的卧式加工中心主轴箱,变形量减小16.7%,一阶固有频率提高6.7%,静态性能与动态性能均有所改善。分析结果为卧式加工中心主轴箱的设计和优化提供了参考。Aiming at the overhanging structure of the spindle headstock of the horizontal machining center,the 3D model of the spindle headstock of the horizontal machining center was established by using SolidWorks software,and the finite element static analysis and modal analysis were carried out through the Simulation plug-in.After analysis,the deformation cloud diagram,stress cloud diagram and the first five-order mode shapes of the spindle headstock of the horizontal machining center with different overhang structures under the actual working condition were obtained.The analysis results show that compared with the spindle headstock of the horizontal machining center with an extended sleeve structure,the spindle headstock of the horizontal machining center with the integral structure reduces the deformation by 16.7%,increases the first-order natural frequency by 6.7%with improved static and dynamic performances.The analysis results provide a reference for the design and optimization of the spindle headstock of the horizontal machining center.
