摘　　要：目的探索ATP生物荧光法用于传染病疫情期间终末消毒效果评价的有效性。方法选择新冠肺炎患者隔离病房,在患者出院后进行喷洒消毒和擦拭消毒,同时用ATP法和WS/T 774—2021《新冠肺炎疫情期间现场消毒评价标准》的自然菌法进行消毒效果评价,统计分析两种评价方法的差异。结果ATP法和自然菌法检测擦拭消毒效果下降率无显著差异(P=0.084),用于喷洒消毒效果评价时存在统计学差异(P<0.05);ATP法和自然菌法对单样本合格率没有统计学差异(P=0.842,P=0.579)。结论ATP法操作简便、仪器小巧、可现场读数,相较于自然菌法明显缩短了检测时间,推荐用于紧急情况对消毒效果进行预评估,并且仅推荐用于擦拭消毒效果评估。Objective To explore the application of ATP biofluorescence in effect evaluation on terminal disinfection during the epidemic situation of infectious diseases.Methods The isolation ward for patients with COVID-19 was selected,and spray disinfection and wipe disinfecton were conducted after patient discharge.At the same time,the disinfection effect was evaluated by ATP method and natural bacteria method in Standard of field disinfection evaluation during COVID-19 epidemic(WS/T 774-2021),and the differences between the two evaluation methods were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between ATP method and natural bacteria method in the decrease rate of wipe disinfection effect(P=0.084),but there was a statistical difference in the evaluation of spray disinfection effect(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between ATP method and natural bacteria method in the qualified rate of single sample(P=0.842,P=0.579).Conclusion ATP method is simple,instrument is compact and on-site reading is available.Compared with natural bacteria method,it can significantly shorten the detection time.It is recommended for pre-evaluation of disinfection effect in emergency situations,and is only recommended for evaluation of wipe disinfection effect.
