摘  要:为了减小水泵站系统运行期间的耗电量,同时保证其高效率运行,以实际工程为例,从泵站运行优化的角度开展目标耗电量的节能研究,借助4种标准测试函数对不同算法开展寻优测试。结果表明,与GA算法、PSO算法相比,ABC算法有着更好的寻优结果和较快的收敛速度,可以在较短时间内收敛至理论最优值,同时拥有跳出局部极小值的能力,能较好地用来优化多模态、多变量函数;系统在单调速改造和全调速改造之后的节电率分别达到47.04%和48.99%,节能效果显著;与未改造时的阀门调节相比,所提方案根据耗电量优化了泵站的运行,让各水泵都可以保持较高的运行效率,达到了供水泵站根据系统需求改变进行节能降耗和精准调节的目的,而且全调速方案的节电率要略高于单调速方案。但如果将改造成本等问题考虑在内,性价比更好的则是单调速方案。In order to reduce the power consumption during the operation of the pump station system and ensure its efficient operation, this study takes the actual project as an example to carry out the energy-saving research on the target power consumption from the perspective of the operation optimization of the pump station, and carries out the optimization test on different algorithms with the help of four standard test functions. The research results show that compared with GA algorithm and PSO algorithm, ABC algorithm has better optimization results and faster convergence speed.It can converge to the theoretical optimal value in a short time, and has the ability to jump out of the local minimum value. It can be used to optimize multimodal and multivariable functions.The power saving rate of the system after single speed regulation and full speed regulation is 47.04% and 48.99% respectively, and the energy saving effect is remarkable. Compared with the valve regulation without transformation, the scheme proposed in this study optimizes the operation of the pump station according to the power consumption, so that each pump can maintain a high operating efficiency, and achieves the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction and accurate regulation of the water supply pump station according to the system demand change. However, the power saving rate of the full speed regulation scheme is slightly higher than that of the single speed regulation scheme. If the transformation cost and other issues are taken into account, the single speed regulation scheme is more cost-effective.
