中央苏区经济动员方式探析  

On the Mode of Economic Mobilization in the Central Soviet Area

摘　　要：土地革命战争时期,国民党对中央苏区连续进行军事上的“围剿”和经济上的封锁,苏区生产发展受到严重破坏,财政经济困难。中国共产党主要运用了政策动员、宣传动员、组织动员和示范动员四种方式,在农业、工商业、财政、金融等领域加以应对,支持革命战争,改善了苏区民众生活并有效地缓解了苏区财政经济的压力。Since the founding of the Soviet Republic of China,the Kuomintang had carried out military"encirclement and suppression"and economic blockade in the Central Soviet Area,which seriously damaged the production and development of the Soviet Area,and led to financial and economic difficulties in the Soviet region.In order to support the Revolutionary War,improve the life of the people in the Soviet area,and alleviate the financial and economic pressure of the Soviet area,CPC implemented extensive and deep economic mobilization in the areas of agriculture,industry,commerce and finance in four major ways including policy mobilization,publicity mobilization,organization mobilization and demonstration mobilization.The efforts supported revolutionary war,improved the livelihood in the Central Soviet Area and relieved the economic and financial pressure for the region.
