摘　　要：胰腺假性囊肿是急慢性胰腺炎常见并发症,其治疗常需要多学科参与。目前国内存在胰腺假性囊肿治疗理念不统一、干预时机不明确、并发症处理不完善等问题,本共识结合国内外最新循证医学证据,形成包括胰腺假性囊肿定义和分类、影像及内镜诊断、治疗指征等10大类,共30项推荐意见规范胰腺假性囊肿临床诊疗流程,推广以内镜介入治疗为主的综合治疗新技术。Pancreatic pseudocyst is a common complication of acute and chronic pancreatitis,and its treatment often requires multidisciplinary participation.At present,there are some problems in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst,such as inconsistent therapeutic concept,unclear intervention timing,and imperfect treatment of complications.Based on the latest domestic and foreign evidence-based medical evidence,this consensus has formed a total of 30 recommendations in 10 categories,including the definition and classification of pancreatic pseudocysts,imaging and endoscopic diagnosis,and treatment indications,to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of pancreatic pseudocysts,and to promote the new comprehensive treatment technology based on endoscopic interventional therapy.
