摘  要:分别采用70%乙醇回流提取、索氏提取和超声波辅助提取等3种方法对5份木姜叶柯材料的黄酮进行提取,利用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)分析所提黄酮成分.结果显示,回流提取法所得总黄酮的含量最高.高效液相色谱分析表明,回流提取法所得木姜叶柯总黄酮的含量均高于索氏提取的总黄酮的含量.乙醇回流提取木姜叶柯总黄酮较完全,优于索氏提取和超声波辅助提取.The flavonoids from 5 samples of Lithocarpus litseifolius were extracted by 70% ethanol reflux extraction,Soxhlet extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction. The components of the extracted flavonoids were analyzed by HPLC.The content of total flavonoids obtained by the ethanol reflux extraction method was the highest. The analysis of five materials by HPLC showed that the total area of the flavonoids peaks in Lithocarpus litseifolius obtained by the reflux extraction method was higher than the total area of the peaks extracted by Soxhlet. The total flavonoids obtained by 70%ethanol reflux extraction is more complete and better than Soxhlet extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction.
