摘 要:为制定科学合理的海上轻质油藏薄油层采油井射孔方案,文章选取渤海南部D油田的实际参数,建立数值模拟模型,利用数值模拟手段,对油井与水平方向含油边界、垂直方向油水界面的距离以及产层厚度、储层原油黏度、储层渗透率非均质性等因素开展了敏感性分析,并对不同射孔方案的开发效果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:当采油井与油藏水平方向含油边界的距离小于130m时,或采油井与油藏垂直方向油水界面距离小于3m时,最佳避射厚度随边界距离的减少而增加,随地层原油黏度降低而减少;射开层段内的渗透率极差应控制在7.0以内。据此形成了一套海上薄油层单井避射图版,指导了D油田射孔方案的实施,投产后无水采油期长达7个月,实践证明该图版对此类油田控水稳油具有重要指导作用。Offshore oil fields in China usually have the characteristics of strong reservoir connectivity,good fluid physical properties,developed edge and bottom water and rich energy.The rationality of perforation scheme of oil production well directly affects the duration of water free or low water cut oil production stage of single well.Therefore,a subdivision series perforation scheme that makes rational use of reservoir natural energy and maximizes the contact area between wellbore and production layer is of great significance for the efficient development of this kind of offshore oilfield.However,there is little research on the exploration of single well blowout avoidance scheme in offshore oilfield.On the basis of considering the factors such as oil production well and horizontal oil-bearing boundary,vertical oil-water interface,reservoir thickness,fluid physical properties and reservoir physical properties,taking reservoir numerical simulation as the main means and taking the parameters of D oilfield as an example,this paper studies the influencing factors of single well injection avoidance scheme,and determines a set of drawing plates suitable for this kind of oil well shooting avoidance scheme.
