摘  要:基于压电堆栈驱动器和三种S形平面弹簧设计新型压电式二维快速伺服刀架(FST)。根据直梁形、倒角形和圆弧形FST的特点建立有限元模型,对FST的静态和模态性能进行分析。结果表明:相比直梁形和圆弧形FTS,倒角形FST的x向和y向行程均为最大。此研究内容可为二维FST的设计提供理论基础。The new 2-DOF fast servo tool(FST)which is actuated by the piezoelectric stack and consists of the S-form planar spring is designed.Based on the features of straight beam S-form FST,curved one and arc one,the finite element models of these three FST are established,and the static and modal characteristics are analyzed by using finite element analysis(FEA).The results indicate that,compared to straight beam one and arc one,the 2-DOF FST based on curved S-form planar spring has the largest stroke of x-direction and y-direction.These results provide a theoretical basis for the 2-DOF FST design.
