摘 要:在公共疫情防控中,物业服务企业扮演关键角色,肩负起社会责任。根据多家物业服务企业危机管理和危机处理的经验,本文对物业服务企业危机管理现状和危机应对过程进行实地调查研究,同时对危机意识、准备、反应、复原四个阶段以及危机意识、信息沟通、资源保障、危机知识等进行分析,发现多家物业服务公司危机管理能力需要提高的问题和成因。本文从企业文化构建、加强危机知识培训、保持信息沟通的流畅性、加强资源保障等几个方面,提出物业服务企业相应的危机管理策略,为房地产经营及物业服务管理后疫情时代的应急管理提供借鉴与思考。In public epidemic prevention and control,property service enterprises play a key role and shoulder social responsibility.According to the property service enterprise crisis management and crisis management experienee.In this paper,the property service enterprise crisis management present situation and crisis response process in the field investigation and study,at the same time the crisis consciousness,preparation,response and recovery four stages and crisis consciousness,information communication,resources,knowledge is analyzed,such as To find out the problems and causes of crisis management ability of many property service companies that need to be improved.In this paper,the corresponding crisis management strategies of property service companies are proposed from the aspects of corporate culture construction,strengthening crisis knowledge training,maintaining the fluency of information communication,and strengthening resource guarantee,so as to provide reference and thinking for the emergency management in the post-epidemic era of real estate management and property service management.
