复明胶囊治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨复明胶囊治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年11月大连市中医医院眼科收治的年龄相关性黄斑变性门诊患者120例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复明胶囊治疗,比较两组患者最佳矫正视力数据值、黄斑中心凹位置厚度、眼底荧光渗漏面积、临床疗效、安全性。结果:干预后,两组患者最佳矫正视力均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者黄斑中心凹位置厚度均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者渗出面积均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在临床研究过程中均未见明显心、肝、肾功能异常、消化系统不适和过敏现象。结论:复明胶囊对黄斑变性具有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、眼底荧光渗漏面积,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuming capsule in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.Methods:From September 2019 to November 2020,120 outpatients with age-related macular degeneration admitted to the ophthalmology department of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated conventionally,while the observation group was treated with Fuming capsule on the basis of the control group.The best corrected visual acuity data values,macular central recess thickness,fundus fluorescence leakage area,clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the best-corrected visual acuity increased in both groups,with the observation group being higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the macular central recess thickness decreased in both groups,with the observation group being lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the exudate area was reduced in both groups,and was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant abnormalities in heart,liver and kidney functions,digestive discomfort and allergy were observed in both groups during the clinical study.Conclusion:Fuming capsule has good clinical efficacy in macular degeneration and can significantly improve patients'best-corrected visual acuity,macular central recess thickness and fundus fluorescence leakage area with high safety.
