振腹疗法联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察振腹疗法联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年9月北京中医药大学房山医院收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予振腹疗法。观察两组患者临床疗效、胃轻瘫主要症状指数评分、中医症状评分、胃排空率。结果:治疗2周、4周随访时,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者餐后胀满/早饱、恶心呕吐、腹胀及总分均降低,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者中医症状评分均降低,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者胃排空率均升高,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振腹疗法联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著,可明显改善胃轻瘫主要症状,改善餐后腹胀等中医证候,提高胃排空率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of abdominal vibration therapy combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis.Methods:80 patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted to Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into treatment group and control group using random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was given mosapride citrate tablets,and the treatment group was given vibrating abdominal therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,index score of the main symptoms of gastroparesis,Chinese medicine symptom score,and gastric emptying rate were observed in the two groups.Results:At the follow-up of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postprandial fullness/early satiety,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension and total score were reduced in both groups,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores were reduced in both groups,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate increased in both groups,and was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal vibration therapy combined with mosapride citrate tablets is effective in treating diabetic gastroparesis,which can significantly improve the main symptoms of gastroparesis,improve postprandial abdominal distension and other TCM symptoms,and increase the gastric emptying rate.
