中医情志护理对早期血液透析患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中医情志护理对早期血液透析患者负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年1月东莞市中医院收治的早期血液透析患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理干预,比较两组患者心理状态、护理满意度、治疗依从性、健康知识知晓程度、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识总知晓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者物质生活、躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理能够有效缓解早期血液透析患者的负性情绪,提高患者对健康知识知晓程度、护理满意度和治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine emotional and spiritual care on negative emotions in early hemodialysis patients.Methods:80 cases of early hemodialysis patients admitted to Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given TCM emotional and spiritual nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance,health knowledge,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were lower in both groups,and the scores were lower in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total knowledge of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the material life,physical health,mental health and social function scores of patients in both groups were higher,and that is higher in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine emotional and spiritual care can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of early hemodialysis patients,improve patients'knowledge of health,satisfaction with care and compliance with treatment,and improve patients'quality of life.
