摘 要:目的:分析聚合酶链式反应(PCR)与基因芯片检验致泻性大肠杆菌的价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月北京市延庆区疾病预防控制中心腹泻监测病例中致泻性大肠杆菌感染的患者127例作为研究对象,患者体内的肠出血性大肠杆菌、肠聚集性大肠杆菌、产肠毒素大肠杆菌、大肠杆菌O157、肠致病性大肠杆菌5种致泻性大肠杆菌的特异性作为本次研究的样本基因,采用PCR和基因芯片检测患者体内的菌株。结果:在检测肠出血性大肠杆菌、肠聚集性大肠杆菌、产肠毒素大肠杆菌、大肠杆菌O157、肠致病性大肠杆菌5种致泻性大肠杆菌时,具有良好的特异性。在检测致病菌时,检测灵敏度可达104 cfu/mL。结论:PCR与基因芯片可准确检测出各类致泻性大肠杆菌的特异性,可为临床治疗由致泻性大肠杆菌所引发的腹泻提供真实的参考数据。Objective:To analyze the value of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and gene microarray for the detection of laxative Escherichia Coli.Methods:127 patients with laxative Escherichia Coli infection from January 2020 to December 2021 in diarrhea surveillance cases at the Beijing Yanqing District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected for the study.The specificities of enterohemorrhagic E.coli,enteroaggregative E.coli,Enterotoxigenic E.coli,E.coli O157 and enteropathogenic E.coli in patients were used as the sample genes in this study,and the strains in patients were detected by PCR and gene chip.Results:In the detection of enterohemorrhagic E.coli,enteroaggregative E.coli,Enterotoxigenic E.coli,E.coli O157,enteropathogenic E.coli,it has good specificity.When detecting pathogenic bacteria,the detection sensitivity can reach 104 cfu/mL.Conclusion:PCR with gene chip can accurately detect the specificity of various types of laxative Escherichia Coli and can provide real reference data for clinical treatment of diarrhea caused by laxative Escherichia Coli.
