摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,电焊在工业制造领域的地位愈加重要,电焊作业环境对人体的伤害也引起了更加广泛的关注。基于市场现有电焊面罩防护功能单一且无法完全隔绝有害弧光对人眼的伤害,设计平光摄像头和滤光摄像头分别拍摄电焊定位和运条工步的影像,由控制器把两种影像实时传递给液晶显示屏,焊工通过观看液晶显示屏进行电焊操作,可完全避免有害弧光对眼部辐射;采用光伏电池板吸收电焊弧光发电,达到自供电和减弧双重功效;配置了换气模块,可达到过滤和散热功效。经实验测试表明:自供电可换气带双摄像头电焊面罩可给予焊工更加全面的防护。With the rapid development of economy,the position of welding in the field of industrial manufacturing becomes more and more important.The damage to the human body caused by the welding operation environment has also aroused extensive concern.Based on the existing welding masks in the market,which have single protective function and cannot completely isolate the harmful electric arc from harm to human eyes,a flat-light camera and a filter camera were designed to capture images of welding positioning and moving strip steps respectively.The controller transmits two kinds of images to LCD(liquid crystal display)in real time.The welder performs the welding operation by looking at the LCD to avoid eye damage caused by direct vision of the human eye.Solar cell panels can absorb destructive electric arc to perform the dual functions of self-power supply as well as arc reduction.And it is equipped with the ventilation module,which can achieve the dual functions of filtering and heat dissipating.Experimental results show that the self-powered welding mask with dual cameras and ventilation module can provide the welder more comprehensive protection.
