摘　　要：综述了近年有关植物细胞次生壁形成的研究进展 ,包括目前次生壁研究采用的主要实验系统、研究技术与方法、次生壁分子结构、次生壁形成与细胞骨架变化、激素。The paper reviewed the progress of study on secondary wall formation in plants, including the main experimental systems, methods, technologies used in the studies, and molecular architecture of secondary wall, the role of cytoskeleton, phytohormone, Ca 2+ and calmodulin in the secondary wall formation. Furthermore, the relationship between the secondary wall formation and programmed cell death (PCD) was discussed.
