摘 要:目的通过对在校大学生认知行为的干预,养成大学生良好的饮食和运动习惯,保持健康体重。方法针对湖北三峡职业技术学院115名在校大学生进行认知行为干预,调查大学生饮食和运动习惯相关的行为问卷,比较在认知行为干预8周后饮食运动行为的改变及体重指数、腰围指标的变化。结果认知行为干预后被调查大学生超重肥胖率由26.08%降至20.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常体重组相比,超重肥胖组体重指数及腰围在干预后均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知行为干预后,超重肥胖组和正常体重组的饮食运动行为问卷中的“已做到”条目数显著增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过认知行为干预可促进饮食运动习惯的改变,有助于保持健康的体重。Objective Through the intervention on cognitive behavior of college students,to help college students form good diet and exercise habits and maintain healthy weight.Methods A total of 115 college students in Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic were involved in the cognitive behavioral intervention,and the behavior questionnaire related to diet and physical activity was investigated.The changes of diet and exercise behaviors,body mass index and waist circumference after eight weeks of cognitive behavioral intervention were compared.Results After cognitive behavioral intervention,the overweight-obesity rate of the investigated college students decreased from 26.08%to 20.86%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the normal-weight group,the body mass index and waist circumference of the overweight-obesity group significantly decreased after intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the cognitive behavioral intervention,the numbers of"achieved"items in the diet and exercise behavior questionnaires of the overweight-obesity group and the normal-weight group significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can promote the change of diet and exercise habits,and help to maintain a healthy weight.
