摘  要:建立了含湿混合气体横掠水平管束对流冷凝换热模型,对含湿烟气余热回收换热器的换热特性开展了理论研究,分析了结构参数的影响规律。结果表明:随着管排数的增加,换热器平均热流密度呈现先增大后基本不变的趋势,平均换热系数先增大后减小,存在一个最佳管排数使余热回收效率最高;增大管排的横向间距、减小管排纵向间距可以使换热效果提高;当换热管径从30 mm减小到11.25 mm时,换热器平均换热系数增大45.7%,同时换热器的占用空间减小62.5%。In this paper,a convective-condensation heat transfer model for the wet mixture gas cross horizontal tube bundles was established.Heat transfer characteristics of wet exhaust gas in waste heat recovery heat exchanger was theoretically studied,and the influence of structure parameters was analyzed.The results show that,with the increase in the number of rows,the average heat flux increases firstly and then changes slowly,and the average heat transfer coefficient increases firstly and then reduces.There exists an optimal number of rows for the highest waste heat recovery efficiency.Increasing the lateral spacing of the pipe row and reducing the longitudinal spacing can improve the waste heat recovery.When the diameter of tubes is reduced from 30 mm to 11.25 mm,the average heat transfer coefficient increases by 45.7%,while the space occupied is reduced by 62.5%.
