摘　　要：目的系统评价我国女性HPV感染的危险因素。方法搜索建库至2021年11月,CNKI、Web of Science等数据库中我国女性HPV感染危险因素相关文献进行Meta分析。结果纳入28篇文章,研究对象98036例。各危险因素为:吸烟(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.25~1.88)、文化程度(OR=1.10,95%CI:0.85~1.42)、结婚次数(OR=0.83,95%CI:0.45~1.54)、初次性行为年龄(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.16~2.26)、性伴数(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.27~1.76)、是否使用安全套(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.07~2.14)、性行为频率(OR=1.95,95%CI:1.45~2.62)、性伴阴茎或包皮过长(OR=1.92,95%CI:1.54~2.40)、宫颈糜烂(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.12~2.19)、生殖道感染(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.53~1.38)、孕次(OR=1.16,95%CI:1.06~1.27)、流产次数(OR=2.06,95%CI:1.57~2.71)。结论我国女性HPV感染受到多种因素的影响,明确其危险因素,有利于早期识别高危人群,及时给予干预措施,以降低HPV感染的发生。Objective To systematically evaluate the risk factors of HPV infection in Chinese women.Methods Literature related to HPV infection risk factors in Chinese women were searched from CNKI,Web of Science,et al,until November 2021,and a meta-analysis was conducted.Results 28 pieces of literature were included,including 98036subjects.The combined OR(95%CI)of all risk factors was:smoking(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.25-1.88),education(OR=1.10,95%CI:0.85-1.42),marriage frequency(OR=0.83,95%CI:0.45-1.54),age of first intercourse(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.16-2.26),number of sexual partners(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.27-1.76),condom use(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.07-2.14),sexual intercourse frequency(OR=1.95,95%CI:1.45-2.62),long penis or foreskin of sexual partner(OR=1.92,95%CI:1.54-2.40),cervical erosion(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.12-2.19),infection of reproductive system(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.53-1.38),pregnancy times(OR=1.16,95%CI:1.06-1.27),abortion times(OR=2.06,95%CI:1.57-2.71).Conclusions Female HPV infection in China is affected by various factors.It is necessary to clear risk factors in order to early identification of high-risk groups and timely intervention measures to reduce the occurrence of HPV infection.
