地黄滋阴补肾方联合针刺治疗帕金森病肝肾不足证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察地黄滋阴补肾方联合针刺治疗帕金森病肝肾不足证的临床疗效。方法:将80例帕金森病肝肾不足证患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组38例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取地黄滋阴补肾方联合针刺治疗,比较2组治疗前后帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分、证候积分、帕金森病患者生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组UPDRS各级评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后UPDRS各级评分均较低(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组证候积分及PDQ-39评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后证候积分及PDQ-39评分均较低(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组SOD水平均升高(P<0.05),MDA、IL-1β水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后SOD水平较高(P<0.05),MDA、IL-1β水平较低(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效85.71%,显著高于对照组57.89%(P<0.05)。结论:地黄滋阴补肾方联合针刺治疗帕金森病肝肾不足证患者,不仅能有效缓解肝肾不足症状,还能对抗氧化应激和减轻炎症反应,有利于提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Dihuang Ziyin Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture on Parkinson disease with syndrome of liver and kidney insufficiency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with Parkinson disease with syndrome of liver and kidney insufficiency were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 and 38 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Dihuang Ziyin Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of Unified-Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),syndrome scores,scores of Parkinson disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39),and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with those before treatment,all dimensions of UPDRS scores in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05);compared with those in the control group after treatment,all dimensions of UPDRS scores in the observation group were low(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores and PDQ-39 scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group after treatment,the syndrome score and PDQ-39 score in the observation group were low after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of MDA and IL-1β were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the control group after treatment,the level of SOD in the observation group was high(P<0.05),and the levels of MDA and IL-1β were low(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 85.71% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 57.89% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Dihuang Ziyin Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture for patients with Parkinson di
