“胖五针”穴位埋线治疗产后体质量滞留临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察“胖五针”穴位埋线治疗产后体质量滞留的疗效。方法:选取90例产后体质量滞留患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组各45例。对照组无脱落病例,治疗组脱落3例,42例进入统计分析。对照组采用限能量均膳食原则,制定个性化热量方案,治疗组在对照组基础上配合“胖五针”穴位埋线,每2周1次,4次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后体重滞留、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、腰臀比的变化。结果:治疗后,2组体质量滞留、BMI、腰围、腰臀比指标值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述4项指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组及治疗组的临床总有效率分别为80.00%、95.24%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组无病例出现不良反应。结论:“胖五针”穴位埋线可改善产后体质量滞留的情况,调节内环境,达到减重的效果。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of“Pangwuzhen”acupoint catgut embedding therapy on postpartum weight retention.Methods:Ninety patients with postpartum weight retention were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.There were no cases dropped off in the control group,and three cases dropped off in the treatment group;42 cases were involved in the statistical analysis.The control group adopted the principle of energy limit diet and made personalized caloric program;the treatment group was additionally treated with“Pangwuzhen”acupoint catgut embedding therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated once every two weeks,and treated for two courses,four times being one course.The clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.The changes of weight retention,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and waist-hip ratio were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the weight retention,BMI,waist circumference and waist-hip ratio in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above four indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 80.00% and 95.24% in the control group and the treatment group,respectively;the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:“Pangwuzhen”acupoint catgut embedding therapy can improve postpartum weight retention,adjust the internal environment,and achieve an effect of weight loss.
