探讨易水学派张元素《医学启源》“湿土”类方剂服用特点

摘　　要：张元素创立的易水学派是中医重要学派之一,学术影响深远,为中医药的发展作出了重要贡献。笔者立足于张元素的《医学启源》,对有关“湿土”类方剂的服药护理方法进行深入剖析,通过对“湿土”类方剂的主治、剂型、送服溶液、服药时机、服用量、注意事项等方面全面梳理其服药护理特点,为脾失健运所致的水饮停聚诸证提供中医用药护理的理论依据,以期丰富与完善中医方剂服药护理之内涵。The Yishui school founded by ZHANG Yuansu is one of the important schools in Chinese medicine.It has a profound academic influence and makes an important contribution to the development of Chinese medicine.Based on Yixue Qiyuan written by ZHANG Yuansu,this author makes an in-depth analysis on the medication and nursing methods of prescriptions of“Shitu”type,and comprehensively summarizes the medication and nursing characteristics of prescriptions of“Shitu”type from the aspects of indication,preparation,solution,medication time,dosage and caution to provide the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine medication and nursing for syndromes including water and fluid retention caused by the spleen failing in transportation,so as to enrich and improve the connotations of medication of Chinese medicine prescriptions and Chinese medicine nursing.
