摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症为骨伤科临床常见疾病,其发病率逐年升高且呈年轻化与广泛化的趋势。发端于先秦两汉时代的“筋骨平衡”理论,对人体脊椎正常生理状态进行了高度的概括。林氏正骨治疗上强调筋骨并重,通过理筋、正骨恢复其力学平衡即筋骨平衡状态,是一种以爆发力为手法核心的正骨手法。该文基于筋骨平衡理论探讨林氏正骨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的防治规律,为腰椎间盘突出症的预防及治疗提供思路。Lumbar disc herniation is a common clinical disease in the department of orthopedics.Its incidence is increasing year by year,and the patients becoming younger and more widespread.The theory of“sinew-bone balance”,which originated in the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,highly summarizes the normal physiological state of the spine in human.With the emphasis on both sinews and bones in treatment,LIN’s bonesetting is a bonesetting manipulation with explosive force as the core,which restores the mechanical balance,namely the state of sinew-bone balance,through restoring and treating injured sinews and bonesetting.Based on the theory of sinew-bone balance,this paper discusses the prevention and treatment rules of LIN’s bonesetting treating lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
