摘 要:组织发展是社会经济利益的矛盾产生、延伸和折射的一个重要领域。随着各方主体对利益关系的重视以及自身权利意识的提升,利益格局的调节与博弈愈发成为影响组织发展的重要因素。矛盾管理的成败取决于能否将利益矛盾转化为利益融合,这一过程与管理行为的状态密切相关。针对这些严重阻碍组织发展可持续性的影响因素,需要采取相应措施进行应对。Organizational development is an important area in which the socio-economic interests conflict produce,extend and refract.With the importance attached by all parties to the interest relationship and their own heightened awareness of their rights,the regulation and competition of interest patterns have become more and more important factors affecting organizational development.The success or failure of conflict management depends on whether the conflict of interest can be transformed into the convergence of interest,a process that is closely related to the state of management behavior.Corresponding measures need to be taken to cope with these influencing factors that seriously hinder the sustainability of organizational development.
